Deposits are credited to your slotspk17 PKR wallet promptly — mobile wallet deposits are typically instant, while IBFT transfers may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing schedule. slotspk17 does not charge any fee on deposits. Any charges applied by your own payment provider are outside slotspk17's control and are your responsibility.
slotspk17 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if there is reason to believe the transaction is fraudulent, made from a payment method not registered in the player's name, or otherwise in breach of these Terms. Funds received from unauthorised or fraudulent payment methods will be returned to the originating source and the account will be suspended pending investigation.
You may only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person or using another person's payment method is prohibited on slotspk17.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification being completed on your account. Once verified, withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This same-method policy is a security measure designed to prevent fraudulent redirection of funds.
The minimum withdrawal on slotspk17 is Rs 1,000 across all methods. Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) typically complete within 1–10 minutes. IBFT withdrawals take 15–60 minutes. Card withdrawals take 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where: account verification has not been completed; a bonus wagering requirement has not been met; the requested withdrawal amount is inconsistent with deposit history in a manner suggesting fraudulent activity; or your account is subject to an ongoing investigation.
Note on Bonus Balances: The portion of your balance attributed to active bonuses is not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been completed. Your available-to-withdraw balance is always displayed separately in your slotspk17 dashboard.
All bonuses and promotional credits offered on slotspk17 — including but not limited to the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback promotions and free spins — are subject to the specific terms published with each offer at the time it is activated. These specific terms take precedence over any general promotional communication where a conflict exists.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonuses on slotspk17 carry a 5x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount received. To meet a wagering requirement, you must wager a total amount equal to 5 times the bonus value in eligible games. Slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Bonuses credited to your slotspk17 wallet are valid for 30 days from the date of credit unless the specific offer terms state otherwise. Bonuses not fully wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from your balance automatically.

Where bonus abuse is identified, slotspk17 reserves the right to void the bonus, withhold winnings generated from the bonus and suspend the account.
The welcome bonus on slotspk17 is available to new players making their first deposit only. It is not available to players who have previously held an account on the platform under any identity. Claiming the welcome bonus constitutes acceptance of all bonus-specific and general terms published at the time of claiming.
The slotspk17 Refer a Friend programme allows registered players to earn PKR bonuses by referring new players to the platform. Referral rewards are credited to the referring player's wallet when a referred friend registers using the unique referral link and makes a qualifying first deposit within 7 days of registration.
Referral bonuses are subject to a 5x wagering requirement before they become withdrawable. Attempting to exploit the referral programme by referring fictitious persons, self-referring via alternative accounts, or coordinating mass referral schemes through inauthentic means is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all referral earnings and account suspension. You may close your slotspk17 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing. Accounts flagged for investigation may be held pending resolution before closure is finalised.
slotspk17 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice where: you have breached these Terms; fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected; your account is involved in a chargeback dispute; or responsible gaming monitoring identifies a situation requiring immediate account intervention. In cases of breach-based closure, any balance associated with the breach may be forfeited. Real-money balances not connected to the breach will be returned through the withdrawal process.
